It is an initiative that aims to recognise and reward CSSs that excel in Shopping ads best practices. CSSs that grow a specified key area for Shopping ads success will be eligible for a prize, as recognition for their work.

CSS Rewards is focusing on Optiscore (Shopping Optimization Score) adoption. Optiscore is a tool that measures the hygiene of Shopping ads campaigns and Merchant Center feeds, providing personalized and real time recommendations tailored to an account’s performance. We define Hygiene as the adoption and use of core Shopping features that help campaigns and feeds perform effectively. Accounts with strong Optiscore ratings are expected to deliver better performance, making this a metric key to grow and maintain for Shopping ads success.
CSS Account Manager will provide the CSS an Optiscore growth target, based on an aggregated score from across CSS' merchant portfolio and CSS will be updated about their position against their target by the CSS account manager.
In order to participate in the CSS Rewards, CSS Partners should contact their CSS Account Managers.
Participant CSS Partners are informed by their CSS account managers about their progress towards their targets weekly. Once CSS participates in the program, CSS account manager communicates the start score and the target for the CSS. Please contact your CSS account manager for more information.

Start date is the 1st of October 2020.
End date is the 15th of December 2020.
You can always participate in the program. However, start date and end dates won't change. Please contact your CSS account manager if you want to participate. If a CSS can achieve their target for the given quarter, they receive an achievement certificate for their success. The certificate comes with a frame to the address that CSS provides to the CSS account manager. Certificates can be received online as well.
Along with the achievement certificate, CSS may receive a team prize.
