2022 is a year of shifting the focus for Shoparize. Shoparize spotted a market need for running additional Shopping Ads campaigns for Merchants with a business model focusing on rewarding performance.
The Challenge
While scaling the new partnerships Shoparized faced the challenge to grow them efficiently. Merchants for whom Shopping Ads and CSS managed service are relatively new, were not aware of all possibilities and often afraid that working with additional CSS might harm their own activity. With the small team Shoparize is operating with, it was easy to miss an opportunity or follow all new processes on individual bases. Their team was looking into ways they could improve timing, quality of reach out, onboarding and bringing merchants fruitful results.
The Approach
Shoparized focused on growing partnerships in the markets where they already had experience and added the emerging markets. Thanks to the Google Educational Hub and Trainings, Shoparize's team could educate and explain about the CSS ecosystem and the added value coming from Managed Service. To scale the onboarding and results they developed an internal management system, partner platform with extra reporting features for transparency and additional insights.
The Results
- 2.5x more merchants live (compared to 2021)
- 300% revenue growth for merchants (compared to 2021)
- 12k active merchants using managed service
Shoparize more than doubled the number of retailers they are working with, using managed service in 2022. With the strong and knowledgeable partnerships they have tripled the revenue for merchants. The optimisation process does not stop. Shoparize's presence on new markets like Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Greece is evolving. While their strongest markets DACH & UK show steady revenue growth.
"We thank Shoparize’s tremendous growth to our dedicated CSS support team. With their help our technical infrastructure became scalable and their knowledge is helping us to continuously optimize performance for all merchants." -Dirk Verburg, CEO Shoparize
