In 2024, Channable launched its Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), rapidly onboarding over 1,300 merchants within six months, doubling the impressions MoM and achieving Google’s Premium Partner status.

The Challenge

Large catalog advertisers struggle with optimizing and managing product data, dynamic inventory, and precise segmentation in Google Shopping - and other channels. Although Channable offers most solutions for these challenges, our customers still needed additional CSS tools for full support. Our challenge was to streamline this workflow.

The Approach

Channable's Google end-to-end solution meets the diverse needs of our clients, from feed management to performance-based segmentation and advanced PPC solution. With the launch of our CSS, we took our offering a step further: Channable offers a seamless experience across CSS, feed management, product level insights, text ads, shopping ads, and PMax campaigns. In 2024, we introduced several innovations: Product group segmentation based on performance & first-party data. A PMax solution with embedded dynamic Image Editor, empowering advertisers to create asset groups and manage assets at scale.

The Results

Within the first 6 months, 1,300 merchants connected to Channable's CSS, reaching more than 2 billion impressions and doubling impression numbers monthly. Channable’s 10.000 customers are now able to scale their presence across Google’s network with on average 5 different Google product connections per account.
