The challenge
Strengthen technology stack to drive growth at scale
Build consumer trust
As customer journeys became more sophisticated across channels, the operational and technical demands placed on CSS providers has increased.
To remain competitive, a CSS now needs to process richer, more granular product data at scale,
such as real-time inventory and shipping details, while maintaining consumer trust, across thousands of merchants. Without infrastructure enhancements, CSS providers risked simply optimizing current traffic rather than creating new demand, creating a clear need for a centralized infrastructure layer, capable of managingdata complexity at scale.

Dynamic Performance Tools
Channable addressed this challenge through a deliberate business expansion strategy, grounded in long-term investment. Rather than incremental updates the approach centered on strengthening Channable’s position as a valuable CSS operator by building scalable infrastructure and expanding in-house expertise.
By integrating complementary CSS capabilities through the acquisition of Producthero, Channable embedded advanced CSS functionality directly into its feed management ecosystem.
This enabled a premium, service-led CSS model that scales across CSS program countries while maintaining transparency, compliance, and operational control required to foster a healthy, competitive retail environment. As a result, Channable was able to better surface top-tier offers to users across Shopping ads.
The results
The technical investment and strategic merger have delivered documented longitudinal growth and improved market access for retailers:
- Market Expansion: The acquisition integrated complementary strengths, allowing Channable to support a combined client base of more than 15,000 customers globally across the CSS program countries, including over 2,000 added in 2025.
- Operational Excellence: Winner of the 2025 SaaS Award (Benelux) for Best SaaS Company ($10M+ ARR).
- Workforce Expansion: Channable has grown from 260 to 320 employees, (partially achieved through Producthero acquisition), representing a significant leap in operational capacity since November 2025.
